Bone marrow: Wash thoroughly. Prepare a pot of about 200ml of boiling water.
Add the bones and simmer for 5 minutes, then remove the bones and discard the water. This step will help you obtain the sweet flavor without the greasiness of the bone marrow. Then, put the bones back into the pot with another 2.5 liters of water and simmer for 1-2 hours. Every 10-15 minutes, use a spoon to skim off the foam that rises to the surface of the broth.

Shrimp: Peel, remove the heads, and devein. After cleaning the shrimp, steam them until cooked (using a water bath).Processed meat: Cut into very small strips. Lotus seeds: Wash and boil until cooked with a little salt. Quail eggs: Boil until cooked and peel.
Corn: Wash, remove the husk and silk, separate the kernels, and set aside. Mushrooms: Clean them. If using enoki mushrooms, cut them in half for easy eating. Onion: Peel, wash, and slice thinly.
Shallots and herbs: Clean and chop finely. Specifically, mince the shallots and garlic.

Place a cast-iron pan on the stove, wait for it to heat up, then add a little oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Add chopped onion and garlic along with 1 teaspoon of chili powder and sauté until fragrant.
