How to choose good pork bones

  • Good pork bones usually have a bright color, not pale and do not have any strange smell.
  • The temperature of the bones when buying also affects their quality; avoid buying bones that are cold as they may have been frozen and are no longer fresh.
  • It is advisable to choose medium-sized sow bones as they will contain more nutrients and be sweeter when cooked in soup.
  • Do not choose small bones as they are from a small pig, which may have been sick and slaughtered early for sale. This type of bone should not be purchased to ensure safety.
  • When choosing pork bones, you need to select stores or supermarkets that sell clean pork and ensure food safety.

How to choose fresh and delicious papaya

  • You should choose green or slightly ripe papayas, as they will cook better when stir-fried, have a nice color, crunchiness, and will not become mushy.
  • Choose papayas that are elongated or evenly round, with a green skin and yellow speckles.
  • When holding the papaya, it should feel firm and strong, with a fresh stalk that has sap oozing out being the best.
