    Thaw the frozen vegetables and separate them if they are stuck together.

    Crack the eggs into abowl and beat well. Peel the century eggs.

    Remove the roots from the scallions and cilantro, wash them clean, and chop them finely. Cut the soft tofu into small pieces.

  • Cook the vegetable broth

    You add 500ml of pot of bone broth, simmer over medium heat until it gently boils, then add the pre-cut frozen vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
