    Cut the tofu into small square pieces about 1.5 finger joints long. Slice the vegetarian sausage into thin, bite-sized pieces.

    Wash the tomatoes and vegetables, discarding any wilted or spoiled parts. Then cut the tomatoes into wedges.

    Peel the garlic, crush it, and mince it finely.
