How to make Brown Rice Porridge

Prepare the ingredients
First, with 30g of brown rice you bought, rinse it 1 – 2 times with clean water, then place it in a bowl with 100ml of water and soak for about 30 minutes.
For the chicken, rub a little salt over the entire surface of the meat for a few minutes, then rinse it clean, drain, and cut it into small square pieces.
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, rinse it directly under running water until clean, drain, and then use a knife to cut it into small square pieces.
Finally, for the sweet mustard greens, remove the roots, rinse them a few times with clean water, drain, and then chop finely.

Cook the porridge
Once the ingredients are ready, place a pot on the stove with all the soaked brown rice and 500ml of water, cover it, and cook over medium heat for about 20 – 25 minutes.
When the brown rice has expanded, add the chicken and pumpkin that you just prepared, cover again, and continue to cook for another 10 – 15 minutes.
Finally, when all the ingredients are cooked and soft, add the sweet mustard greens, gently press down with a ladle to submerge the greens in the porridge, cook for another 3 – 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Blend the porridge
Then, take a meat grinder and add the cooked porridge, proceed to blend at a medium level for about 1 – 2 minutes.
When you see the porridge and the ingredients become smoother, turn off the machine and serve it in a bowl for the baby to enjoy!
