Prepare black sticky rice

Cook black sticky rice with a rice cooker
After soaking the black sticky rice for 4 hours, drain the water and rinse it again.
Next, add the black sticky rice to the rice cooker along with 3 teaspoons of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, mix well, then pour enough water to cover the surface of the rice. Close the lid, plug it in, and cook it once like regular rice.
When you see the water in the pot boiling and steaming a lot, open the lid, stir well with a spoon, then close the lid again, and continue cooking until the black sticky rice is fully cooked.
Once the rice is cooked, add more water to cover the surface of the rice and turn the heat back on from the beginning like the first time, cook until the rice boils again, then stir well and close the lid. Continue to let the pot cook a second time until it switches to the warming mode.
Finally, cook a third time with 70ml of coconut milk and cook until the coconut milk boils, then add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, stir well. Close the lid and cook similarly as the previous two times to complete.
