- Choose soybeans that are of balanced size, not too large and not too small.
- Select beans that are off-white, with a faint pleasant smell. The beans should be firm, not crumbly or mushy.
- Good soybeans will have a slightly dark yellow color, shiny, and plump surface.

How to make Whole Soybean Milk
-
Prepare the soybeans
Soak the soybeans overnight to allow them to expand evenly, or you can soak them until they sprout after 8 hours.
Next, drain the soybeans in a strainer, then rinse under cold running water to clean the soybeans.
After that, transfer the soybeans to a bowl, and gently rub them with your hands to remove the skins, for about 5 minutes or until all the skins separate from the beans.
Add enough water to cover the soybeans in the bowl to help the skins float to the surface, then remove all the soybean skins.
Tip: To speed up the process, you can use a large strainer and pitcher, pour the soaking water into the pitcher through the strainer to filter out the skins, then reuse the water in the pitcher to continue rinsing the soybeans until the skins are clean. After the beans are skin-free, rinse them under running water once more to ensure they are clean, then place them in a strainer to drain.
-
Cook soybeans
You put the prepared soybeans into the pot, pour water to cover the soybeans, then place the pot on the stove, cover it, and cook until the water and soybeans boil. Once the water and soybeans are boiling, continue to simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
-
Blend soybean milk
After 15 minutes, you pour the soybeans into a sieve to drain, then add the soybeans into the blender along with 500ml of water, turn on the machine, and blend until the soybeans are finely pureed, ready to enjoy!
-
Final Product
The soybean milk is both fragrant and creamy, helping you absorb all the nutrients from the soybeans without missing a bit!
