How to make Pumpkin Soup with Minced Meat

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Use a knife to peel the pumpkin and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

    Remove the roots of the green onions and coriander, wash them clean, and chop them finely.

  • Prepare the ingredients

    After purchasing, peel the pumpkin with a knife, wash it clean, and cut it into thin slices (about 3mm).

    For minced pork, you can buy it from the market or purchase lean meat and chop it finely with a knife. Next, put the minced meat into a bowl along with 1 teaspoon of seasoning and 1/3 teaspoon of ground pepper, mix well and marinate for about 10 minutes to let the meat absorb the flavor.
