  • Prepare the ingredients

    Peel the taro, wash it clean, and cut it into small pieces for eating.

    Chop the green onions and coriander, removing the roots, wash them clean, and cut them into pieces about the length of a finger.

    Put the minced pork into a bowl, season with 1 spoon of seasoning, 1/2 spoon of monosodium glutamate, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes for the meat to absorb the seasoning.
