  • Prepare and Marinate the Beef

    After buying, wash the beef with clean water. To eliminate the smell of the beef, take 1 piece of ginger, crush it, and rub it all over the piece of meat, letting it sit for about 2 minutes.

    Then, rinse the meat with diluted salt water and wash it again with clean water.

    Effective tips to eliminate the smell of beef:

    • Method 1: After washing the beef with water, you can wash it again with white wine or soak the meat in wine for about 15 minutes.
    • Method 2: While marinating the meat, instead of using garlic in the usual way, you can roast a piece of fried onion, peel it, then pound the onion, and marinate it with the beef.
    • Method 3: Put the meat in cold water and heat it (do not let it boil), then take it out and cut it into pieces as you like.
