How to Make Udon Noodles with Peanut Butter Sauce

Prepare the ingredients
Slice the green onion thinly and then rinse it with cold water to reduce the pungent smell.
Slice the bell pepper.

Cook the peanut butter sauce
Place a pot on the stove, turn on low heat, add 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of crushed roasted peanuts, and 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar.
Mix all the ingredients well, then add 2 teaspoons of ginger powder, 1 teaspoon of ground pepper, and 1 teaspoon of chili powder, stirring well.
Cook the peanut butter sauce for about 5 minutes over low heat, stirring regularly to blend the ingredients together.
After 5 minutes, add 35ml of cold water to the sauce, stirring while cooking for another 5 minutes until the peanut butter sauce thickens, then turn off the heat.
Tip:- Use vinegar to balance the creamy, salty, and sweet flavors of the peanut butter sauce.
- Crushed peanuts make the sauce crispier and more fragrant.

Blanch the noodles
Boil a pot of water, drop the noodles in and blanch for about 4 minutes until the noodles are cooked.

After the noodles are cooked, transfer them to a bowl, add fried tofu balls, peanut butter sauce, chopped scallions, sliced chili, toasted sesame seeds, a bit of crushed roasted peanuts, and mix well to finish.
