To make scallion oil, chop the scallions finely, add 1 cup of cooking oil to a pan on the stove. When the oil is hot, add 1 cup of scallions, a little salt, and 1 teaspoon of butter to the pan and stir-fry. Once the mixture releases a fragrant aroma, turn off the heat.
