How to make Apple Jam

Prepare and cook the apples until soft
First, buy apples and soak them in diluted salt water for about 15 – 20 minutes, then take the apples out and rinse them with cold water to clean.
Next, cut the apples into small pieces and place them in a pan.
Place the pan on the stove and add 70ml of water, boil for 5 – 7 minutes until the apples are soft.

Blend the apples and cook with sugar
Now, take the apples out of the pan and put them into a blender, blend until smooth.
Then pour all the blended apple mixture into the pan and cook.
Add 500gr of sugar and cook the apple mixture over medium-low heat for 7 – 10 minutes, then add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, stir well, and cook for another 2 minutes before turning off the heat.
Once the apple jam has thickened, it is done.

At this point, let the apple jam cool, then add 3 – 4 drops of food coloring and mix well.
