How to prepare Banana Flower Salad with Shrimp and Pork in Sweet and Sour Sauce

  • Prepare the banana flower and vegetables

    You prepare a bowl of water mixed with the juice of 1 lemon, then you julienne the banana flower into this bowl of water, soaking it until just before mixing the salad, then remove it to prevent the banana flower from browning.

    Fresh shrimp should be washed thoroughly and drained.

    To prevent the pre-shredded banana flower from turning dark and to make it crispier, after purchasing, soak it in water with the juice of 1 lemon and add a little ice water.
