    • Method 1: To reduce the smell in the meat while making it softer and tastier, after washing the beef with water, you can wash it again with alcohol or soak the meat in alcohol for about 15 minutes.
    • Method 2: You can roast a piece of ginger until cooked, crush it, then rub it on the surface of the meat for about 5 – 7 minutes and rinse it with clean water.
    • Method 3: Use lemon or vinegar to rub on the beef for 5 – 7 minutes and then rinse with clean water.

    After cleaning the beef, cut it into pieces about the thickness of one finger.

    Next, sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon of salt along with 1 teaspoon of olive oil evenly over the surface of the beef piece and let it marinate for about 5 minutes.

    Add 10g of unsalted butter to a pan, heat it until the butter melts, then add the beef and pan-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side, remembering to use a tongs or chopsticks to press the meat lightly against the surface of the pan.

    Next, add another 10g of unsalted butter, 5 sprigs of thyme, and 2 peeled garlic cloves to the pan, continue to pan-fry for another 2 minutes, then turn off the stove.

    In a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch, then add 1 teaspoon of water, and stir well to dissolve the starch.

    Add 30g of unsalted butter to the pan and heat it until the butter melts, then add the garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden, then add the butter mushrooms and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

    Next, add 50ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 100g of heavy cream, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, and 5 sprigs of rosemary, and stir well.

    When the sauce comes to a boil, taste and adjust the seasoning, add the cornstarch water and stir well, then turn off the heat.
