  • Prepare the ingredients

    Wash the beef thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Before cutting, you can use a knife to pound the piece of beef to make it tender.

    Crush the shallots and chop them finely. Wash the coriander and cut it into pieces about 1 cm long. Slice the chili lengthwise and remove the seeds. After washing, cut the long mushrooms in half to make them bite-sized.
