How to make Garlic Butter Cheese Bread using an Air Fryer

Mix the dough
Add 270g of type 11 flour, 60g of type 8 flour, 35g of sugar, 1 egg, 2g of salt, 140g of fresh milk, and 4g of yeast into a large glass bowl.

Knead the dough
Then use a dough mixer to mix the dough in one direction at the lowest speed (if you don’t have a mixer, mix the ingredients well and place them on a clean flat surface to knead for 5-7 minutes) until the bread dough is smooth and elastic, not sticking to your hands.
When the dough is smooth, add 40g of unsalted butter and continue kneading for about 5 minutes until you can stretch the dough and it is elastic.
Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a glass, wooden, or plastic bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for about 1 hour until the dough doubles in size.
Note: When proofing yeast, using metal or iron containers can easily spoil the yeast. You should use wooden, glass, or ceramic bowls for proofing.

Make the cream cheese mixture
Add 200g cream cheese, 70g whipping cream, 20g sugar, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice into a bowl and use a hand mixer to beat for about 5 minutes until the mixture is even and smooth (if you don’t have a mixer, you can use a whisk to beat it).
Put the mixture into a piping bag and place it in the refrigerator.

Make the garlic sauce
Add 150g melted unsalted butter, 60g minced garlic, 50g condensed milk, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 2 tablespoons of dried parsley into a bowl and mix the ingredients well, then place it in the refrigerator.

Dividing and shaping the dough
After the dough has risen for the sufficient time, it will double in size. Continue to place the dough on a flat surface and knead gently for about 1 minute to release the air bubbles, then divide the dough into 6 equal parts and shape them into round pieces.
Cover the 6 pieces of dough with plastic wrap and let them rise for another 60 minutes. The dough will expand further after this second rise.

Baking the bread
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius using the Pre-heat setting and press start to stabilize the temperature in the air fryer.Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place the bread in the air fryer, and bake at 165 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
When the time is up, take the bread out and score it into 6 pieces (leaving the bottom uncut).
Remember to let it cool a bit before cutting, as cutting while hot can cause it to break easily. -
Inject Sauce
