How to choose good beef
- You need to choose fresh meat fibers that are not dark red, with small, tender fibers.

Prepare ingredients
Peel the onion and carrot, and dice them. Remove the root from the celery, wash it clean, then chop it finely.
You can choose fresh tomatoes or canned tomatoes; if using fresh tomatoes, wash them clean and let them drain.
Wash the oregano, let it drain, then chop it finely.

Stir-fry beef
Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan, then add 50g of onion, 50g of celery, and 50g of carrot in turn and stir-fry until cooked.
