How to make Fried Cheese Lychee

  • Prepare the ingredients

    First, peel off the outer skin of the lychee. Then, use the pointed end of a knife to cut around the top of the lychee stem, then gently separate the seed from the flesh.

    Next, cut the cheese into small square pieces. Depending on the size of the lychee, cut it so that the cheese fits nicely into the lychee.

    Then, place 1 piece of cheese into the center of the seeded lychee, and repeat until all the prepared lychee is used.

    First, prepare a bowl, then add 3 tablespoons of crispy flour.

    You roll the cheese-stuffed lychee in the batter, then in the breadcrumbs. Each type of batter is used once.
