How to choose fresh shrimp
- Fresh shrimp are usually those with a bright outer shell, not too dark in color. Gently press with your hand to feel the meat is firm, with clear elasticity, not too soft.
- Additionally, you should observe that the shrimp have strong movement, are agile, and can jump far as these are all signs of quality shrimp.
- You should avoid buying shrimp with joints that have separated, no longer connected, especially those with spread tails as these are shrimp that have been stored too long and should not be eaten.
Where to buy cheese?
- You can easily find cheese at supermarkets, stores specializing in various types of cheese, or at TasteVN supermarkets with branches near your home.
- Additionally, for more convenience, you can also visit e-commerce websites or directly at the website bachhoaxanh.com to place an order!

Peel the onion, then cut it into wedges with a knife. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.

Next, add 6 shrimp, continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add the bowl of sauce you just mixed in, and cook for 3 – 5 minutes.
When the sauce starts to boil, add a slice of cheddar cheese, cook for 2 – 3 minutes until the cheese has melted, then turn off the heat.
At the same time, take a large pot or bowl, then gradually add 1 package of instant noodles that have been blanched, all of the cooked sauce, and use your hands to evenly sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on top, then place it in the microwave to heat for 7 minutes.
When the ingredients are cooked soft and the cheese has melted, turn off the microwave, carefully take the finished product out, and enjoy!
Tip: If you don’t have a microwave, you can substitute it with a oven or an air fryer at similar temperature and time. Alternatively, you can put the noodles in a pan, sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 – 7 minutes. -
