How to Make Cheese Potato Soup

Boil and mash peas and corn
Boil a pot of water, then add 50g of peas, the kernels of 1/2 sweet corn, and 5 roots of cilantro.
Simmer the mixture on low heat for 10 – 20 minutes until the peas and corn are tender. Then, strain the mixture through a sieve to collect the broth.
Next, add the peas, corn, and a little broth to a blender and puree until smooth.
Finally, strain the mixture through a sieve to remove the residue from the corn and peas.

Steam and mash the potatoes
Steam 300g of potatoes until cooked, then cut into small pieces.
Add the potatoes to the blender with a little broth and puree until smooth.

Cook the soup
Place a pot on the stove, add the remaining broth, mashed potatoes, and 200ml of plant milk, then stir the soup over low heat.
Afterwards, add the corn bean mixture and continue to stir until well combined.
