Unsweetened fresh milk 700 ml Yogurt 2 cups Condensed milk 1 can Hot water 350 ml Filtered water 100 ml Chia seeds 10 gr

How to Make Chia Seed Yogurt

Mix yogurt with milk
First, add 1 can of condensed milk into a large bowl, then measure 350ml of hot water (about 1 can of condensed milk) into the bowl and use ladle to stir well.
Next, measure 700ml of unsweetened fresh milk (about 2 cans of condensed milk), add 2 cans of yogurt into the bowl and continue to stir well.

Yogurt Fermentation Round 1
Pour the yogurt mixture into containers or jars, then cover them tightly. Next, place the yogurt containers into a foam box and ferment for about 6 hours.

Mix yogurt with chia seeds
Next, soak 10g of chia seeds in 100ml of water for 10 minutes. When the chia seeds expand, add them to the yogurt and mix well.

Second fermentation
Then, pour the chia seed yogurt mixture into containers and tightly close the lids, then put them into a styrofoam box and ferment for another 6 hours.
After 6 hours, you can place the chia seed yogurt in the refrigerator and use it gradually.
