Prepare the chicken
After purchasing the chicken, wash it with a little salt, then rinse it thoroughly with water several times and use a knife to cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Wash the green onions, cut one stalk into pieces about 2 finger lengths, and chop the other stalk finely.
Peel the carrot, wash it clean, and then cut it into small bite-sized slices. As for the onion, peel it, wash it clean, and then cut it into wedges.

Stir-frying chicken
Place a pan on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, when the oil is hot, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. When the garlic starts to smell good, pour in the marinated chicken and stir well.
