Gelatin 12 gr (about 4 – 5 large gelatin sheets) White chocolate chips 200 gr Dark chocolate chips 200 gr Fresh cream 200 ml (whipping cream)
How to Make 2-layer Chocolate Gummy Candy

Soak gelatin
Soak 12g of gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes.
Tip:Soaking in cold water helps to hydrate the gelatin. If you don’t have powdered gelatin, you can substitute it with gelatin sheets. 1 large gelatin sheet is equivalent to 2 – 3g of powdered gelatin.

Melting white chocolate
Boil a pot of water, place a bowl on top, pour in 200g of white chocolate chips and 100ml of fresh cream to steam, stirring constantly until the chocolate melts.

Mixing white chocolate gummy
When the white chocolate has melted, add 6g of softened gelatin and stir well until the mixture is uniform, then remove the bowl from the pot.
Pour the white chocolate mixture into a piping bag.

Melting dark chocolate
Pour 200g of dark chocolate chips into a bowl and place it over the pot of boiling water used for the white chocolate, stirring until the dark chocolate melts, then add 100ml of fresh cream and stir well.
After the dark chocolate and fresh cream blend together, add the remaining 6g of gelatin, stirring until the mixture is uniform.

Pour the candy into molds
Place the dark chocolate mixture into a piping bag, then squeeze the mixture into each small mold, filling each mold to 1/2 full.
Next, place the molds in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then take them out and fill the molds with white chocolate, and chill for another hour.
After chilling for the required time, you can remove the candy from the molds to finish.
Tip:To make the candy look more varied, you can squeeze either dark or white chocolate first.
Use molds with more shapes to make the candy more visually appealing.

The candy is chewy, soft, has a distinctive chocolate aroma, with a sweet and slightly bitter taste that blends very well.
