How to choose fresh and delicious coconut

How to make Coconut Coffee Smoothie

Prepare the ingredients
Use a knife or machete to cut the coconut in half. Then, use a spoon to scoop out the flesh and remove the shell.

Brew coffee, extract the essence
First, add 25 grams of coffee powder into the coffee filter and then place the float inside.
To brew the coffee, pour 10ml of boiling water over the float lid, then place the filter on top for 5 – 10 seconds. Next, pour 10ml of boiling water over the coffee surface and let it sit for 5 – 10 seconds.
Finally, pour 50ml of boiling water into the coffee filter you just brewed. Check to see if the float in the filter is tilted. If it is, gently press down with a chopstick and stir around the top of the float, then cover it again. Wait for 5 – 10 minutes to get the coffee essence.

Blend the smoothie
You add 80g of fresh coconut, 20ml of condensed milk, 40ml of fresh milk, 25g of granulated sugar into the blender, then add 1 cup of ice into the machine and blend until smooth.
