Ingredients for Melon Smoothie For 1 glass

Yellow melon 120 gr Condensed milk 40 ml Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Ice water 200 gr Ice cubes 200 gr

How to choose fresh and delicious melon

  • Good melons have clear and prominent stripes on the outside. Avoid choosing fruits with stripes turning brown or showing signs of damage.
  • If you want to keep melons for a few days, choose those that are slightly heavier; if you plan to enjoy them right away, choose those that are moderately heavy or slightly light.
  • A good melon will have a light, pleasant aroma. Avoid fruits with an unpleasant smell as their quality is likely poor.
  • You can test by bringing the melon close to your ear and shaking it gently. If you hear a light sound inside, the melon is ripe and ready to enjoy.

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Peel the yellow cantaloupe, cut out 120g of flesh, and chop it into small pieces.

    Shave the ice into small pieces or put it in a bag to crush it.

    Note: You can also crush the ice using a blender. However, to ensure the durability of the machine, you should crush the ice into smaller pieces before putting it into the blender!
