Mix the dough
Add 180g of flour, 2g of dry yeast, 2g of salt, 15g of sugar, 15ml of olive oil, and 100ml of warm water into a bowl. Mix well until the mixture is combined.
Note: Do not add salt directly to the yeast, as this will kill the yeast or weaken its activity. You can mix the salt with the flour first, and then add the yeast. -
Knead the dough
Once the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, you start to knead the dough using the Folding and Stretching technique.
