How to make Corn Syrup

Cook corn syrup
Squeeze 1/2 lemon into the corn syrup pot (remove the lemon seeds), stir well and continue to cook on low heat for another 10 minutes until you see the liquid slightly thickened, then turn off the heat to cool.
Continue to place the corn syrup pot back on the stove and cook for another 2 – 3 minutes over medium heat, and you’re done.
Wait for the corn syrup to cool and it can be used right away.

How to store corn syrup
