How to make Seaweed Cookies with Cheese Filling

First, melt 20g of unsalted butter over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then spread the butter on the cookies.
Next, use scissors to cut the dry seaweed into small pieces, then sprinkle it on the buttered surface of the cookie, and spread another thin layer of butter on top.

After sprinkling the seaweed on the cookies, place them in the oven to bake for about 7 – 10 minutes at a temperature of 110 degrees Celsius.

Cook the filling
You add the remaining butter to the pan and melt it for about 5 minutes, then add 110g of marshmallow and melt it for another 5 minutes, then add 10g of A2 whole milk powder and 20g of cheese powder, stirring well before turning off the heat.
Tip: To enhance the flavor of the filling, you can add some seaweed! -
Make the filling
After you have the filling, take the cookies out of the oven and place the cheese filling in the middle of one cookie, then take another cookie and sandwich it on top.
You can adjust the amount of filling according to your preference.
