  • When buying green onions, you should choose those with fresh, long, white roots, even if they have a little soil on them, as this indicates that the green onions you select have just been harvested, so they will be delicious and of good quality.

  • Prepare the ingredients

    To remove the odor from the pork, use a little salt to rub directly on the meat for about 3 minutes, then rinse with water and cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.

    Peel the garlic and shallots, wash them with water, and let them drain.

    For the green onions, cut off the roots, any yellow leaves, or damaged tops (if any), then wash them and chop them finely.

    Place a layer of aluminum foil in the air fryer, then add the marinated meat and roast at a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius for about 15 – 20 minutes.

    After this time, flip the meat and roast it at a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius for another 5 – 7 minutes to complete, then transfer the meat to a plate and do the same for the remaining meat.

    To make scallion oil, you add 7 tablespoons of cooking oil into a pan, place the pan on the stove, and heat it over medium heat for about 1 minute until the oil is hot, then turn off the heat.
