How to choose crispy, delicious winged beans
- You should choose winged beans that have a vibrant green color because when eaten, they will be crisper, tastier, and sweeter.
- Good winged beans are those that are of moderate size, not too large, and have a balanced elongated shape.
- Avoid purchasing dark green winged beans that are too large because these are overripe, and will not taste good when eaten.
- Do not buy winged beans that have wilted or bruised spots.
How to choose fresh and delicious pork
- You should choose pieces of meat that are pink-red in color, with a dry surface that is not slimy.
- Do not buy pieces that have many unusual black spots on the surface, are slimy yellow, and have an unpleasant odor when smelled.
- At the same time, you can check by pressing with your hand; fresh and delicious pieces are those that return to their original position when you remove your hand.
