Prepare the ingredients
After cooking the rice, let it cool completely, then store it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Separate the egg whites and yolks into 2 bowls.
After the rice has been in the refrigerator for the required time, take it out, pour the 2 egg yolks into the bowl of rice, and use your hands with gloves to mix the egg yolks evenly with each grain of rice. Next, cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and set aside.
