How to make Chicken Noodle Salad

  • Prepare and boil the chicken

    To remove the odor from the chicken, wash the chicken with a little salt and vinegar for about 5 minutes, then drain.

    Place a pot on the stove, pour in about 500ml of water, add the chicken thighs, and boil for about 15 minutes, then remove and let cool. Once the chicken is cool, carefully shred it into small pieces.

    • Method 3: Crush a piece of ginger and mix it with a little white wine, then rub this ginger wine mixture onto the chicken and let it sit for about 30 minutes before cooking.

    Peel the potatoes, wash them clean, then use a peeler to shred them, and immediately place them in a bowl of cold water mixed with a little vinegar to prevent the potatoes from turning black.
