  • Prepare the ingredients

    After buying, trim both ends of the green beans and peel the fibers from both sides, then cut into short pieces about 2 finger lengths.

    Then soak the green beans in a basin of diluted saltwater for about 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water several times and place in a basket to drain.

    Peel the shallots, wash them clean, and then chop finely.
