Prepare the ingredients
Pork belly after purchasing should be cleaned, soaked in diluted salt water for 20 – 30 minutes. After that, rinse it with clean water 2 – 3 times, cut into small cubes and put into a bowl.
Peel 5 cloves of garlic and 2 shallots, wash with water and chop finely.
Effective ways to eliminate the smell of pork
- Place a pot on the stove, put the cleaned pork into the pot and cover with water, boil for about 2 – 3 minutes, then remove and rinse with clean water.
