Prepare and marinate the beef
Wash the beef with salt water, using your hands to scrub thoroughly to remove all dirt from the meat. Use absorbent paper to dry it, then slice it thinly against the grain.
Tips for preparing beef without the smell:- Peel a ginger root, then lightly roast it, after which you can cut it thinly or smash it, and rub it evenly on the beef. Afterward, rinse it with clean water.
- You can soak the beef in white wine for about 15 minutes, then rinse with cold water before cooking.
