Prepare the ingredients
First, place the carved carrot and potato into the oil pan, fry over medium heat for 5 minutes, then use a sieve to remove them to limit the amount of oil sticking to the food.

Next, remember to add 1 tablespoon of vegetarian seasoning to enhance the flavor of the vegetables and mushrooms, then sauté for an additional 2 minutes over medium heat.

Next, add 1 liter of coconut water, along with the prepped and seasoned root vegetables and 1 cup of assorted beans to taste, and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Then, add the stir-fried mushrooms from before, season with 4 tablespoons of vegetarian seasoning, 3 tablespoons of rock sugar, 1 tablespoon of sweetener, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, then stir well.
Next, prepare a bowl of water with about 4 tablespoons, add 2 tablespoons of tapioca starch, and stir well until the starch dissolves, then pour it into the pot of cooking lagu. Add 1/2 onion and gently stir once more until the spices and vegetables are well combined, and it’s done!
