How to prepare Carp Salad

  • Prepare the Carp

    After buying the carp, scrape off the scales, remove the gills and organs, and wash it thoroughly with water several times.

    Use a knife to fillet the fish, use a towel to dry the fish fillet, and then separate the skin from the fish.

    Cut the fish meat into thin slices, chop the skin, fins, and bones into small pieces.

    • Rub the carp evenly with a mixture of lemon, vinegar, and crushed ginger for about 10 – 15 minutes, then wash it again with water several times to remove the fishy smell.
