Ingredients for Fresh Milk Jelly Serves 4

Jelly powder 10 gr Sweetened fresh milk 440 ml (2 packs) Sugar 100 gr Water 500 ml

How to Prepare Fresh Milk Jelly

  • Mix the jelly mixture

    Put into an bowl 10g of jelly powder, 100g of sugar, and 500ml of water, stirring well so that the mixture dissolves evenly, then let it sit for 10 minutes.

    Note: Because jelly powder can easily clump, do not use hot water to soak the jelly.

    Next, pour the soaked jelly mixture into a pot and add 440ml of sweetened fresh milk, stirring well to combine the jelly and milk mixture.

  • Cook fresh milk jelly

    Place the pot of fresh milk jelly mixture on the stove, turn on medium heat, and stir constantly during the cooking process to prevent the mixture from thickening.

    Cook for about 10 minutes until boiling, then reduce the heat, skim off the foam that rises to the top for a clear jelly that is not pitted. When the mixture is completely dissolved, turn off the heat.

  • Pour fresh milk jelly into molds

    When the jelly is still hot, pour it into the prepared molds, wait about 30 minutes for the jelly to cool completely, then place it in the refrigerator for about 1 – 2 hours.

    Check to see if the jelly has set, take it out of the refrigerator, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and enjoy.
