Ingredients for Stir-fried Noodles with Pate For 2 people

Noodles 2 packs Pate 1 can (170gr) Noodle seasoning 1 pack Chili sauce 2 packs Cooking oil 1 tablespoon

How to Choose Good Pate

  • Choose pate with a natural pink-brown color, soft and fluffy, not dry.
  • When cutting, the pate should not stick to the knife, and the meat crumbs inside should not fall out.

How to make Fried Noodles with Pate

  • Blanch the noodles

    Put the noodles into boiling water and blanch for about 2 – 3 minutes, then take them out. Rinse the noodles with cold water to keep them chewy and prevent them from sticking together.

    Heat a pan on the stove with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. When the oil is hot, add the blanched noodles and stir well.

    Then, add the pate and stir for 2 minutes. Season with 2 packets of noodle satay, 1 packet of noodle seasoning, and mix well for 1 minute.

    Add 2 tablespoons of water, stir-fry until the water is evaporated and the noodles firm up. Adjust the seasoning to taste and then turn off the heat.
