  • Do not choose catfish that are soft, have a strange smell, or are bruised.

  • Marinate the fish

    Marinate the fish with 1/2 of the chopped green onion, a little scallion, a little red onion, minced garlic, sliced chili, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, and 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder.

    Use a spoon to mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes to absorb the spices.

  • Stew the fish

    Place a pot on the stove, turn on medium heat to heat the pot, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, and heat the oil.

    Then add the red onion and the remaining chopped green onion to sauté until fragrant, then add the fish Linh and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until it is firm.

    Next, add enough water to cover the fish, adjust to low heat, stew for another 10 minutes, add tomatoes, cook for an additional 3 minutes, season to taste, then add the green onion, and turn off the heat.
