  • Prepare the ingredients

    Peel the carrot, wash it thoroughly, then cut it into long strips about 1/4 finger thick.

    Wash the green beans several times with water and then remove the fibrous strings from both ends.

    Next, put a pot on the stove, and blanch the carrot and green beans.

    Soak the wood ear mushrooms in cold water for 1 – 2 hours until they expand, then cut off the stems.

    Peel the ginger, wash it clean, drain and finely chop it.

  • Brush the tofu skin

    You take the prepared marinade and evenly brush it on both sides of the fresh tofu skin leaves, then let it sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the seasoning.

    You place the tofu skin on a plastic wrap, add a piece of wood ear mushroom, vegetarian sausage, green beans, and carrot on top. Then tightly roll the tofu skin with the filling.

    Next, you put the rolls into a steamer and steam for about 15 minutes, then take them out and remove the wrap.

    You heat a pan with enough oil, wait for the oil to heat up, then fry the rolls until golden brown.

    Finally, you cut the rolls into bite-sized pieces.
