    Slice the cherry tomatoes. Dice the bell pepper.

    Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, then place the pizza in to bake for 10 minutes at 230 degrees Celsius.

  • Prepare Ingredients

    Peel the mushrooms, soak them in diluted saltwater, then rinse with clean water. After that, remove the mushrooms and cut them into slices about 1/2 finger thick.

    Wash the bell pepper, remove the stem, discard the seeds and take half of the fruit to cut into small pieces and the other half into rings.

    Cut the soft tofu into small bite-sized pieces.

    Peel the onion, wash it, and dice it.

    Peel the corn, wash it, then separate the kernels and boil them.

    First, add 150 grams of all-purpose flour into a mixing bowl, then add 1/2 teaspoon, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of pink salt, 20 ml of olive oil, and 100 ml of water, and mix all the ingredients together.

    You knead the dough until it sticks to the sides of the bowl.

    Next, shape the dough into a round ball, cover the mixing bowl tightly with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 1 hour.

    Heat a pan on the stove, add a little cooking oil, wait for the oil to heat up, then add 1/4 of an onion to sauté.

    Next, add in the mushrooms and bell peppers, season with 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of vegan seasoning, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper.

    You flour the surface, then use your hands to press the dough to the desired thickness and fold the edges inward.

    Then, you line the baking tray with parchment paper and place the dough on the tray, using a fork to prick the surface of the dough evenly.

    Finally, you place it in the oven and bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

  • Decorating and baking the pizza

    After baking the pizza, you spread tomato sauce on the surface of the crust and evenly distribute the sautéed filling on top.

    Next, sprinkle some boiled corn evenly, arrange some sliced bell peppers for decoration, and add 3 thin slices of soft tofu on top of the pizza.

    You then take the pizza to bake a second time at 150 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes to finish it!
