Fried tofu 100 gr Fresh noodles 400 gr (served with) Tomato 1 fruit Pineapple 1/4 fruit (pineapple) Straw mushrooms 200 gr Lemongrass 4 stalks Tamarind 40 gr Salt 3 teaspoons Sugar 2.5 tablespoons Chili 1 fruit Vegetarian seasoning 2 tablespoons Accompanying vegetables 200 gr (shredded banana flower/ shredded water spinach/ bean sprouts…)

How to Cook Vegetarian Thai Noodles

  • Prepare the Ingredients

    Wash the straw mushrooms, chop 2 stalks of lemongrass finely, and crush 2 stalks. Slice the pineapple. Soak tamarind in hot water and filter to get about 2 tablespoons.
