    To make the marinade mixture, add 250ml of soy sauce, 250gr of sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of miso paste, and 50gr of sliced ginger into a bowl, and stir well to combine the ingredients.

    After 10 hours, take the container of fish out, carefully place each piece onto the dehydrator and dry for about 10 hours.

    Tip: If you don’t have a dehydrator, you can use an oven as a substitute, baking the fish at 150 degrees Celsius for 10 hours to dry it out!
