Prepare the ingredients
After buying the tofu, cut it in half lengthwise and drain the water.
Wash the lemongrass and chili, then slice them thinly and chop them finely. Peel and mince the garlic.

Fry the tofu
Add 50ml of cooking oil into the pan and heat the oil. Next, add the tofu and fry over medium heat until the tofu is golden brown on both sides, then remove it.
Let the tofu cool a bit, then cut it into small pieces lengthwise.

Reuse the pan you used to fry the tofu, drain some of the oil, leaving about 1 tablespoon in the pan. Then, add minced garlic, 1/2 of the minced lemongrass and chili, and sauté until fragrant and golden.
When the garlic, lemongrass, and chili are fragrant and golden, add the tofu and stir-fry evenly over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
