When you buy brisket, use salt to rub all around, then use a knife to scrape off all the slimy membranes attached to the brisket and wash it clean several times with water. Then cut the brisket into small bite-sized pieces.

You will take the bowl of vegetables from the refrigerator and drain all the water in the bowl of vegetables.
