    Peel the pineapple, wash it clean, cut it into small chunks, and then finely chop it.

    Wash the shallots, chop them small, then fry half of them. Peel off 1-2 outer layers of the lemongrass, wash it clean, and then finely chop.

    Peel the young jackfruit, wash off the sap, then cut it into small bite-sized pieces, and boil the jackfruit for 30-40 minutes, then remove and let it drain.
