  • You should choose snakehead fish intestines that have a bright white color, with no unusual colors like green or yellow on the surface, and no smell of rotten fish or strange odors.
  • You can buy sanitary snakehead fish intestines at farms that raise snakehead fish according to clean standards, or at reputable retailers and supermarkets in or near your area to protect your health and that of your loved ones.

  • Prepare the ingredients

    After purchasing the snakehead fish intestines, cut off the bile. Next, use a knife to scrape off the slimy layer still clinging to the intestines, then rinse with a mixture of lemon juice and warm water to eliminate the fishy smell, then place in a basket to drain.
