How to Cook Braised Snakehead Fish

  • Prepare the snakehead fish

    Clean the snakehead fish, remove the guts, discard the gills, cut into bite-sized pieces, and drain.

    Finely chop the green onion, mix with 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of ground pepper, and 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, then evenly marinate the mixture on the fish for 30 minutes.
